The living room has a beautiful wood burning fire place. The rock front to the fire place is the same rock as the fire place in the den.
The room has two steps down and is 24' X 14.5' and is 18" below the rest of the house. The room contains 5 rectangular wood framed openings into main hallway. The sunken living room has two bay windows (5' X 5' X 2), thus providing more space to sit plants or decorations. The bay windows offer a beautiful view of the city of Perryton.
