The garage part is a large two care/truck parking area with remote control doors. This portion is large enough for additional yard machines and sport-recreation vehicles. Shelving is mounted on the north wall of the garage for storage usage. There are four 8' florsent lights on the ceiling.
The west six feet of the garage is separated by a walk thru insulated sliding glass door. The room has gas/electric heat with many outlets along the west wall. The walls and ceiling are insulated. The floor is cement, thus making this a perfect room to build or repair what ever special project. There are two 8' florsent lights on this room's ceiling.
